Six steps to whiten your teeth
Dentist match your teeth's pre-whitening shade. Mix Hydrogen Peroxide Whitening in the included cup. Place a cheek retractor in your mouth. Apply paint-on dam. Apply 1mm layer of Whitening Gel over labial surfaces. Using Curing lamp, each tooth in the smile zone is exposed to two passes.

After 10 minutes, remove Whitening Gel by suctioning off, then rinse with water.
