If you have to cancel an appointment, please give us 48 hours’ notice so that we can offer the time to someone waiting for treatment. We may make a charge for short notice cancellations or missed appointments.

Emergencies
Whenever possible, please contact us about emergencies during normal surgery hours. If you need to be seen the same day, please get in touch as early as possible. For out-of hours emergency service, please call 0776 889 3132. For members of our dental care plans who cannot access the dental practice’s emergency arrangements and you need help in obtaining emergency dental treatment, please call 0800 783 2337.
Our monthly care plans offer you discount on treatment and insurance in the event of an accident or emergency. If however you prefer to pay on a fee-per-item basis, you are welcome to do so. We accept payment by cash or cheque, credit or debit card, switch, maestro etc.
