The patient here complained of discoloured broken down teeth caused by a grinding habit and various dietary stains such as tea coffee and red wine. The patient only wanted simple but effective treatment which did not involve closing her aesthetically pleasing gap.

Solution

A simple course of Home Whitening was prescribed before Composite Restorations (Tooth Coloured Filling) were used to correct the broken down teeth.
