Please give as much notice as possible (More than 24 hours, preferably 48 hours) if you have to cancel an appointment. We will make a charge if you do not give reasonable notice or do not attend an appointment. Charges apply to all patients including children. Charges vary with time and length of appointment booked, and will increase for repeat offenders. We reserve the right to take a deposit at the start of treatment to cover any cancellation/ failure to attend charges.

The importance of regular visits cannot be over-stressed: they help us to retain your natural teeth and give you a healthy smile for life. Regular dental visits also enable us to monitor and detect early malignant (cancers) changes within the mouth.
